Beyond the conversationPhone-number rentals, enabled registry checks, extraction, and evaluations can add separate charges. Your offering defines what is included.
The details, explained
Telephony, speech recognition, AI reasoning, voice synthesis, the platform fee, and any enabled add-ons. Usage-based billing adds the components you use. A negotiated fixed-rate agreement can bundle them into one per-minute rate.
For a supported component connected with your own provider key, that component is not charged through Vaani. You pay the provider directly under your own agreement. Other Vaani charges, including the platform fee and any components you still use through Vaani, continue to apply.
Model prices are shown at their listed provider rates, and telephony is converted from INR using the calculator’s exchange-rate assumption. The 1.6× regional multiplier applies only to the Vaani platform fee.
The billing pulse depends on your offering. Vaani supports per-second, 30-second, and per-minute billing. Confirm the configured pulse for your account when comparing rates; the estimator on this page does not model pulse rounding.
Add funds to your wallet and call charges are deducted as usage is processed. Available payment methods and billing currency depend on your account. Phone-number rentals and enabled add-ons may be charged separately.
Yes. Volume agreements can use negotiated flat rates or monthly usage slabs. Postpaid arrangements, invoicing, and overdraft limits are subject to approval and your commercial agreement. Talk to our team about your expected traffic.
WebRTC browser calls have no telephony charge. Speech recognition, AI reasoning, voice synthesis, platform fees, and applicable add-ons still depend on the stack and billing arrangement you choose. Text chat has a separate conversation or token-based offering.
